A Night to Remember

Last week I had the privilege of capturing  a small intimate wedding and have been very excited to share with you some of the images from the night.  

The event was held at Bucks Restaurant in old Louisville. I arrived a bit early to get a feel for the place and started to get excited when I walked in the front door.  The place was full of charm, from the beautiful fresh cut flowers and soft music in the background to the old time elevators, and door frames in the hallway.  The ceremony was short but very sweet as thier 3 little girls graced  her way with fresh pink rose petals and the bride’s son walking her down the aisle to give her away...now a blended family they began thier journey together.  

Thank you guys so much for choosing me to capture your special night, it will truly be one you will always remember!

Best Valentine Ever .')

I couldn't help but to include my little "Liddy" in my Valentine blog entries.  I will never forget the moment my husband Chad and I found out that we were having a little girl....tutu's, pink bows, and sparkly things started dancing around in my head!  lol  and I knew that Valentines Day would never be the same!  LOVE her!!

Vintage Valentine (part 2)

I simply could not resist to have a part 2 to this little Vintage Valentine.  There were so many adorable pictures of her I just couldn't seem to narrow it down to one blog entry, not to mention all of the images I get to upload to of her...I can't wait for you to see them all....its eye candy for sure!   Thanks again girls!  .')

Ok hello people can you say cute?  Her name is Macie and she is 5 years old and sweet, adorable and funny!  Her mother and I went to high school together and through the fabulous Facebook we reconnected. I have so enjoyed the pics of her over the past year that her mother has posted and was thrilled when I found out I was going to have a photoshoot with her.  We set the scene with a few valentine props and cheered with sweet pink sprinkled cupcakes, candy hearts and thus we had a little party in her room...it was super magical! 

Thank you Macie and Natalie for inviting me into your home. I hope that in years to come you will look back at these pictures, remember this little Vintage Valentine party...and smile :) hearts and hugs !

A Berry Heart

This is my little "creative take" a break from my people sessions....its a little story about two berries that when by themselves they were just berries but together they make a heart and it was a MERRY HEART!  oops I mean a BERRY HEART.  ha  .')  Happy February!
